Indoor/Outdoor restaurant was designed as a part of the competition for stimulation of young enterpreuneurs interested in ecology, with the goal of exploring local surroundings and reconnection with nature. Hosting over 160 people, space gathers people with a common interest in mountain exploration. Developed in slopes, respecting the wilderness of the hills, the project was inspired by the processes in nature and return to the basic elements.

Main challenge was balancing between the idea of overall visilibity, emerging with the notion of explorer, with the strict barrier between dichotomies that restaurant typology entails: guest/staff area, clean/dirty, car/pedestrian zone, etc
S O U T H E R N V I E W
Indoor/outdoor spaces include several dining areas, each defined by relationship with plant zones. Dispersed rather than integrated, basic elements such as column and walls, remain immersed in the hills.
